Need a break from Headpen? We understand. Sometimes it's beneficial to step back from everything that's happening. If you're considering a permanent break, we can assist you with that as well. Follow our simple instructions below to delete your Headpen account.

Deleting the Account

Once a user requests the deletion of their account, the account will be deactivated within 60 days of the deletion request, we will retain the specified data for a period of 90 days from the date of deletion request. After the 90-day retention period, the data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Need to revert your decision

If you've had a change of heart and need to reverse your decision to delete your account, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us and let us know that you'd like to revert your decision within 60 days. We understand that circumstances can change, and we're committed to accommodating your needs.

Data Deletion Policy

Upon receiving a request for account deletion, we will delete the following types of data associated with your account:

• User account information, including username, email address, and profile details.
• Publications authored by the user.
• Stories and comments posted by the user.
• Relationship data associated with the user's account.
